Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a dynamic merchandising strategist to own on-site storytelling across categories and content development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will maintain the shopping experience on Anthropologie and AnthroHome sites, launch daily activations, review weekly analytics, and manage featured content inventory while staying agile in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a related field.
• Ability to interpret data and make strategic merchandising decisions.
• Achievement oriented with demonstrated leadership potential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest/knowledge of home interiors and trends.
• General understanding of the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive storytelling on site through merchandising categories regularly and developing content with cross-functional partners.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Perform daily site maintenance.
• Manage product activations, including daily and campaign launches.
• Monitor the Anthropologie and AnthroHome websites to maintain an optimal shopping experience.
• Shop competitor websites to bring new ideas to the team.
• Review analytic data weekly to derive insights and provide recommendations/actions for the site.
• Manage inventory for featured content styles.
• Aid the rest of the team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
