Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• 1+ years retail merchandising experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including early morning weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delivers engaging, personalized customer experiences that drive sales.
• Partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Display Artist on engaging visual experiences.
• Supports in-store creative marketing, merchandising, and fostering a creative store environment to drive sales.
• Promotes teamwork and communicates product trends and visual priorities in daily meetings with the team.
• Keeps open communication with store leadership to achieve objectives and adapt to changes.
