URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Assistant Digital Merchandiser for Anthropologie Home. You will drive on-site storytelling, maintain daily site content, and lead product activations across campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support home decor initiatives.

You will monitor site performance, analyze data to inform merchandising decisions, and assist with inventory and ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Role Summary

Anthropologie Home is looking for a Temporary Assistant Digital Merchandiser. The Merchandising team supports the home decorating growth and initiatives, champions the web, and aligns messaging that covers breadth of themes and the season's biggest priorities. This role will collaborate cross functionally with different teams to manage/execute the flow of product and story telling, as well as the overall maintenance of the site.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive story telling on site through merchandising categories regularly and developing content with cross functional partners
• Build strong relationships with cross functional partners
• Daily site maintenance
• Product Activations (daily & campaign launches)
• Regularly monitor the Anthropologie and AnthroHome websites to maintain an optimal shopping experience, as well as shopping competitors to bring new ideas to the table
• Review analytic data weekly to derive insights and provide recommendtions/actions to take onsite
• Inventory Management for featured content styles
• Aid the rest of the team with ad-hoc projects as needed

Role Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a related field
• Ability to interpret data and make strategic merchandising decisions
• Achievement oriented with demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize & multi-task
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel
• Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Interest/knowledge of home interiors, trends, and general understanding of Anthropologie brand
