Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years experience managing online brand portfolios.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals.
• Ability to benchmark market best practices in search, placement, content & merchandising.
• Strong communication and reporting across all key metrics.
• Experience at a large CPG organization, retailer or agency.
• Knowledge of Salsify is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless digital page by coordinating with content teams and driving content improvements to boost conversions.
• Ensure new, transitioning, and discontinued products are live on retailer sites according to launch dates.
• Drive efficiency in content syndication and ratings & reviews processes.
• Monitor portfolio and competitors' search/merchandising strategy and KPIs.
• Contribute to ongoing optimization using internal and competitive insights.
• Define and coordinate the Digital Merchandising strategy on retailer sites.
• Coordinate test-and-learn improvements and KPI measurement.
• Potentially expand into fundamental sales and category analytics.
