Job summary

Mars Petcare is seeking a Digital Merchandiser to maximize digital exposure and performance for our portfolio. The role emphasizes flawless page execution, top-tier content, site navigation, and ratings & reviews, with a focus on test-and-learn and KPI reporting.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in managing online brand portfolios, plus strong ecommerce knowledge. On-site in Franklin, TN, with occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years experience managing online brand inventories.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals.
• Ability to benchmark search, placement, content & merchandising.
• Experience at a large CPG, retailer, or agency preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perfect digital pages with best-in-class content and assets.
• Update products on retailer sites at launch/discontinuation dates.
• Drive content syndication and ratings, improving speed to market.
• Monitor content and search performance and adjust strategies.
• Contribute to test-and-learn programs and KPI measurement.
• Potential to expand into sales and category analytics.
