As part of the Membership team, this role will manage digital membership and fundraising campaigns across multiple channels, using audience insights, testing, and campaign performance data to improve results and help achieve department revenue and membership goals. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-orientated, and hands-on digital marketer who can translate campaign objectives into effective tactics, manage multiple projects from planning through analysis, and use results to continually improve performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute testing and automation strategies, including A/B testing of campaign components and automated member journeys such as welcome, streaming service activation, renewal, and reactivation series.
  • Serve as the day-to-day campaign contact for digital agencies and vendors, coordinating timelines, deliverables, reporting, and other needs.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, tracking standards, and reporting practices to support accurate measurement and efficient execution.
  • Stay current on digital fundraising, direct response, email marketing, automation, and digital campaign practices, and identify opportunities to strengthen membership marketing efforts.
  • Support broader digital audience growth, fundraising, and other organizational initiatives as needs evolve.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
