Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Digital Engagement Advocate to drive member engagement through digital and phone channels. You will conduct consultative conversations, recommend appropriate financial solutions, and manage a high volume of member interactions with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or financial services environment required.
• 1+ years of experience meeting sales objectives within financial services or retail required.
• Experience handling member contacts in a Desert Financial Credit Union contact center preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales through consultative conversations aligning member needs with financial solutions.
• Knowledge of financial products such as auto loans, home equity loans, mortgage, deposits, and checking accounts preferred.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing a high volume of member interactions with strong relationships and service quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional digital and phone experiences by applying in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Assess member needs to recommend financial solutions supporting member and organizational goals.
• Prioritize workload and pursue ongoing learning to meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
• Identify and resolve member challenges, recognizing trends and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain professional communication, representing Desert Financial Credit Union's mission and values.
• Know and follow applicable processes, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
