Digital Media Strategist

Full Time Little Rock, AR, US

2 days ago Requisition ID: 1017

The Digital Strategy team serves as the bridge between client goals and campaign execution and reports directly to the Digital Manager.

Working closely with our Account Management team, you'll receive client objectives, priorities, budgets, and business insights, then translate those inputs into actionable digital marketing strategies. Rather than creating content or managing day-to-day client communication, your focus will be on determining the best approach to achieve each client's goals through paid search, paid social, and other digital advertising channels.

You will collaborate with several teams throughout the process:

Account Management gathers client feedback, requests, budgets, goals, and business priorities.

Creative produces the ad copy, imagery, video, and other assets needed to bring campaigns to life.

Project Management keeps projects moving efficiently and ensures deliverables stay on schedule.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing performance data, identifying strategic opportunities, and turning business objectives into measurable marketing results. While you will work closely with creative and account teams, this is a strategy and performance-focused position rather than a content creation or design role.

Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for clients.

Support new business initiatives through research, strategy development, media recommendations, and proposal preparation.

Maintain strong project management practices to ensure campaigns, deliverables, and reporting are completed accurately and on schedule.
