Position Summary:The Digital Media Specialist tells the story of the Diocese of Tucson and creates content using social media, video, photography, and digital platforms to share the Gospel while showcasing the life of the Diocese of Tucson in its parishes, schools, and ministries. This role combines evangelizing with the skill of digital content production, capturing authentic and relevant stories that inspire and engage, while inviting others into a deeper relationship with the Church and all that the Church holds to be true. The Employee shall be a minister of the Gospel and Catholic Teaching behaviorally while at work and in his/her personal life,“…Live in a manner worthy of the call you have received.” (Eph. 4:1)
Physical/Mental Requirements:Requires coordination and manual dexterity, normal mental and visual ability; ability to lift as required in a normal office environment.
Required Activities: Walking, sitting standing, stooping, reaching, talking, handling, and hearing, carrying, and keyboarding.
