D2GS seeks a Digital Media Specialist to support Navy Housing digital communications for CNIC. You will plan and produce content, monitor engagement, and prepare analytics for review, with occasional travel to CNIC HQ or regional locations.

Responsibilities include managing Navy Housing social channels, creating graphics and short videos, drafting posts, and delivering data-driven reports to guide outreach while ensuring accessibility and brand consistency.

• Experience producing and managing multi-platform digital content (graphics, video, written).
• Portfolio or work samples showing previously created content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and turning data into insights.
• Understanding of digital accessibility standards for public content.

This role supports planning and producing content, monitoring performance, and preparing analytics/reporting products for Government review, with periodic travel to CNIC HQ, regions, or installations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support management of Navy Housing social channels and digital communications while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build and maintain a content calendar; support quarterly and annual communications planning through Government review cycles.
• Draft posts and customer-facing messaging; propose responses to routine, factual inquiries using approved guidance.
• Create and edit digital content (graphics, short videos, articles/blog-style content, and outreach materials).
• Monitor and summarize engagement and performance results; prepare recurring analytics reports and recommendations.
• Research trends and propose improvements that align to program goals and accessibility expectations.

Qualifications:
