Job summary

Canvas Worldwide in El Segundo is seeking an Associate on the Zillow team to manage campaign implementation, optimization and performance. You will collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, and National Investment, ask questions, and present yourself professionally in meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid math skills, including algebra.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with flexibility.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with digital media planning, vendor comms, reporting, and billing.
• Use planning tools to generate insights with data accuracy.
• Know client brand, KPIs, and product details.
• Manage workflow and meet deadlines; set internal expectations.
• Become expert in planning tools: Comscore, DoubleVerify, Prisma, GAM, iSpot.
• Schedule internal and cross-team meetings.
• Support evaluation and activation of media types.
• Track budgets and audit billing monthly.
• Review vendor proposals and manage proof of purchase.
• Participate in Canvas AdSchool program.
