University of New Mexico’s Adobe Creative Commons Assistants provide first-line support for patrons, helping with Adobe Creative Cloud software and digital media hardware in the ACC. You will work closely with library staff to train students, faculty, and staff on equipment and software, while maintaining the space and contributing to workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at UNM for a minimum of 6 credit hours during the normal school year.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Customer service experience OR digital media project management skills.
• Demonstrated excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively, collaboratively, and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assist patrons with Adobe Creative Cloud software and ACC resources.
• Lend and monitor equipment and explain lending procedures.
• Train patrons on equipment and software and best practices.
• Identify and elevate issues to staff as appropriate.
• Open/close ACC facilities and ensure a safe, welcoming space.
