Qualifikationen

• Two to four years of relevant professional communications work experience.
• Experience with project management software and systems (Asana, Airtable, or others).
• Experience planning and executing events with diverse stakeholders (such as donors, executives, university leadership, students, and alums).
• Experience with email and contact management systems (such as MailChimp, Insightly, or others).
• Experience in graphic design software and systems (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Experience producing and editing video and multimedia content, including filming, photography, audio production and post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable software.
• Experience managing a YouTube channel and using video and social media analytics to inform content strategy.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute communications, marketing, digital media, and branding strategies that advance the Institute's mission, programs, initiatives, and impact.
• Produce multimedia content including video, photography, social media, web content, newsletters, and other materials to engage stakeholders.
• Manage the Institute's social media presence, newsletters, digital content, and editorial calendar while tracking analytics.
• Collaborate with campus units and external vendors to develop and execute engagement initiatives and events.
• Support emerging communications priorities, including responsible use of AI and emerging technologies in digital media.
