Job summary

Corebridge Direct is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to nurture, optimize, and grow media campaigns. You will drive new lead acquisition and written premium across social media and other digital channels, collaborating with the in-house media team to hit weekly, monthly, and annual goals.

You will manage budgets, test new partners, and ensure compliant, brand-aligned creative and messaging while continuously improving campaign performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital media buying, performance marketing, direct response marketing, or lead generation.
• Hands-on paid social experience is required.
• Familiarity with CPC, CPL, and other performance-based buying models.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Drive written premium and profitability growth across media channels and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align investment with media strategy and targets.
• Negotiate rates and buying terms to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
• Provide routine reporting on campaign performance and pacing trends to leadership.
