You will manage budgets, test creative concepts, and collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure brand integrity.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, vendor management, and cross-team coordination to meet weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital media buying or performance marketing.
• Hands-on paid social experience.
• Experience with CPC/CPL and performance-based models.
• Ability to analyze campaign costs, performance metrics, budgets, and ROI.
• Experience collaborating on digital creative and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and premium.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align with media strategy and targets.
• Oversee paid social campaigns including setup, targeting, testing, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Coordinate social media pages and ensure compliant, timely responses to consumer comments.
• Identify and test new media partners and opportunities to grow lead volume and performance.
• Negotiate rates and terms to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Provide data-driven optimization recommendations and weekly performance updates.
