Job summary

Becket in Washington, DC is seeking a driven Digital Media Associate to join our communications and digital marketing team. This full-time role focuses on social media strategy, content creation, and engaging online audiences for a non-profit focused on religious liberty.

You will draft social media and email copy, collaborate with attorneys, monitor media coverage, and report on performance across platforms. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media planning and management.
• Experience creating compelling content to expand a social media footprint.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Photography skills are a bonus.

Hours and Location: This is a full-time position at Becket’s office in Washington, DC. No remote applicants will be considered.

The Becket Fund is looking for a driven, hardworking individual who is passionate about religious liberty and seeking to gain professional experience in the field ofcommunicationsand digital marketing. Thedigital media associate will be immersed in the day-to-day life of a non-profit and exposed to all aspects ofcommunications, including messaging, strategy, social media marketing, and website content creation. We are looking for commitment to the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty’s mission and an interest in building and engaging with online audiences.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

An ideal applicant will have at least 2 yearsof professional experience in social media planning and management, as well as experience creating compelling content to expand a social media footprint, including using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud. Photography skills are a bonus. There may be occasional travel opportunities for this role.
