Job summary

Vladimir Jones in Denver, CO is seeking a Digital Media Supervisor to lead the agency's digital activation, overseeing a team of Optimization Specialists and Media Buyers to deliver paid campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels.

You will partner with Planning, Analytics, Account Services, and Creative to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, measured against client objectives, with a clear path for talent development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience executing digital media campaigns in an agency setting.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience with CM360 for trafficking and ad serving.
• Experience implementing conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and digital measurement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Optimization Specialists and Media Buyers.
• Oversee campaign activation, trafficking, QA, and launches across channels.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Planning, Analytics, Account Services, and Creative teams.
• Drive continuous optimization and performance improvements.
