Job summary

Vladimir Jones in Denver, CO seeks a Creative Services Manager to orchestrate staffing, workflow and freelance talent across the agency's creative team. You will balance project needs with capacity and act as liaison among Creative, Insights & Strategy, Integrated Media, Data, and Account Service.

Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, with remote work on Fridays. The role emphasizes process improvement, leadership, and delivering award‑worthy work through strong organizational skills and empathy.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a Creative Management, Creative Operations, Resource Management, or similar role.
• Experience working within an agency environment across digital and traditional work.
• In-depth knowledge of the creative process, briefs, and pitch protocols.
• Strong understanding of the skills and responsibilities across creative roles.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing freelance talent.
• Ability to establish strong working relationships across departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Creative team and coordinate staffing with cross-team partners.
• Manage staffing decisions, approvals, changes, and communication.
• Recruit and manage freelance creative talent; onboard, schedule, and terminate as needed.
• Monitor utilization and capacity; staff resources for client work and pitches.
• Support the Creative team throughout performance reviews and cross-department coordination.
• Identify workflow improvements and industry trends to boost efficiency.
• Lead with empathy, advocate for resources, and maintain accountability.
• Maintain alignment across Creative and other agency teams.
