Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Creative Management or Creative Operations.
• Experience in an agency environment across digital and traditional work.
• Deep knowledge of the creative process, briefs, and pitch protocols.
• Ability to recruit and manage freelance talent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to balance staffing with project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Creative team across projects and liaise with Insights, Strategy, and Account Service.
• Staff projects with the right talent and manage approvals and changes.
• Maintain understanding of team members' skills, workloads, and availability.
• Monitor capacity and balance immediate needs with department workload.
• Lead status meetings and ensure timelines are followed.
