Wills Group is hiring a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist in La Plata, MD for Dash In and Splash In brands. The role focuses on managing websites, optimizing SEO, and driving conversions through landing pages and campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with Brand, Creative, Loyalty, Performance Marketing, Analytics, and agency partners. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in website management, SEO, e‑commerce, and content optimization, with CMS experience and strong analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years in website management, SEO, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Experience with CMS, landing pages, and campaign launches.
• Knowledge of on-page and local SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Own web experience for Dash In and Splash In websites, content management, promotions, and campaigns.
• Build landing pages, templates, and promotional modules for campaigns and store openings.
• Lead day-to-day SEO optimization, metadata, internal linking, local content, and schema.
• Optimize the customer journey through CRO and A/B testing.
• Monitor KPIs like traffic, engagement, and conversions to identify opportunities.
