Job summary

Techcmantix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in SEO, AEO, and GEO to drive organic growth and improve search visibility.

This on-site role is based in Trichy and offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge AI-powered search ecosystems. The candidate will plan and execute on-page/off-page SEO, optimize content with schema markup, and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern SEO concepts and best practices.
• Experience with GA, GSC, GTM and leading SEO tools.
• Knowledge of Schema Markup and Technical SEO.
• Experience in content optimization and AI-assisted search strategies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage SEO campaigns and deliver growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Perform keyword research, content mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Conduct technical SEO audits including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema implementation.
• Improve organic rankings and website traffic through proven SEO practices.
• Develop backlink acquisition and internal linking strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Optimize content for Featured Snippets and People Also Ask results.
• Implement FAQ, How-To, and other structured data (Schema Markup).
• Optimize content for voice search and conversational queries.
• Create concise, intent-focused answers that improve answer engine visibility.
• Structure content for maximum discoverability across modern search experiences.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Create entity-rich, authoritative content following Google\'s E-E-A-T principles.
• Develop AI-friendly content structures using headings, tables, FAQs, and semantic organization.
• Increase brand visibility across trusted sources referenced by AI models, including Reddit, Quora, industry publications, and authoritative websites.
• Stay updated with emerging AI search trends and implement innovative optimization strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
