Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience with Google Ads, WordPress, and Adobe tools, plus photography/videography skills and a willingness to pursue a FAA drone license.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of one year of marketing experience, preferably with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
• Working knowledge of website management platforms such as WordPress and SEO best practices.
• Experience with graphic design, photography, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred.
• Experience with drone photography and videography preferred.
• Willingness and ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license if not already certified.
• Experience using AI tools and training AI bots to improve productivity and marketing processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and participate in photography, videography, and company events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and recruiting teams to develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive customer growth, recruiting efforts, and lead generation.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, print materials, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, launch, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including paid social media advertising.
• Support website updates and improvements to enhance search engine optimization (SEO) and increase organic and paid traffic.
• Design and prepare digital artwork, graphics, and marketing materials for print, digital, and video production.
• Capture and edit photography and video content for marketing campaigns, company events, and recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain and organize digital marketing assets, including photos, videos, graphics, and creative files.
• Monitor marketing trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness and department productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.
