Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of marketing experience, with Google Ads and social media advertising preferred.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and SEO best practices.
• Experience with photography and video editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with recruiting campaigns and lead generation preferred.
• Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 drone license if not certified.
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, launch, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including paid social media advertising.

• Design and prepare digital artwork, graphics, and marketing materials for print, digital, and video production.
• Capture and edit photography and video content for marketing campaigns, company events, and recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain and organize digital marketing assets, including photos, videos, graphics, and creative files.
• Monitor marketing trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness and department productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Experience with recruiting campaigns and lead generation preferred.
• Experience with drone photography and videography preferred.
• Willingness and ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license if not already certified.
• Experience using AI tools and training AI bots to improve productivity and marketing processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and participate in photography, videography, and company events as needed.
