Total Spine & Orthopedics is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive patient growth across multiple channels. You will own Google Ads campaigns, SEO, local search, content creation, and physician reputation management, producing engaging videos and graphics while tracking results with analytics.

You’ll manage social media across platforms, coordinate newsletters via Mailchimp, and lead launches for new physicians, services, and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven success with Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills; capable of producing content.
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Business Profiles, and performance tracking.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showing digital marketing, video, and creative work.
• Ability to travel occasionally between Melbourne and Orlando offices for shoots and events.

• Drive Patient Growth by building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Own SEO and local search across multiple locations, including GP profiles.
• Boost visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.
• Monitor physician reputations on Google and Healthgrades; track leads and conversions.
• Create content calendars and produce physician interviews, educational videos, and reels.
• Coordinate website updates, blogs, landing pages, and newsletters via Mailchimp.
• Lead marketing launches for new physicians, services, locations, and events.
• Analyze performance with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads; deliver monthly reports.
