Job summary

AKTED is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the majority of the marketing funnel, managing our website and social media accounts with 3–5 years of experience. You will implement strategies and tactics to drive growth and engagement.

You should be proficient with WordPress, Google Ads and Analytics, and have a working knowledge of SEO, CSS/HTML; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus. Collaboration with IT, Sales and Product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing, media or communications
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on the funnel
• Experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO
• MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Research market trends to improve marketing efforts
• Manage digital marketing channels including email and social media
• Grow leads via CTAs, landing pages and lead content
• Collaborate with IT, Digital Marketing and Sales teams
• Design and monitor sales campaigns aligned with targets
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and Google Analytics
• Handle WordPress requests and edit HTML/CSS
• Create campaigns to increase e-commerce sales
• Design and maintain graphics/layouts for the website
• Brainstorm and collaborate on concept development
• Work with stakeholders and product marketing to optimize with data

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company with 3-5 years of experience and manage our website and social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics.

Experience using WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, CSS & HTML. JavaScript, PHP, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be a plus, but not necessary or just an interest in learning.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Research market to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve marketing
• Manage digital marketing channels and that includes email marketing and social media accounts
• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
• Collaborate and work closely with various Business Units; IT, Technical Team, Digital Marketing & Sales teams
• Design & Monitor sales campaigns inline with the company strategy & targets
• Manage Google Ads campaigns & Google analytics accounts
• Handle web requests in WordPress and knowledge of editing HTML, CSS pages
• Make campaigns to increase sales through e-commerce channels
• Design, develop and maintain graphics and layouts for web site.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with team members on concept development
• Work closely with stakeholders and product marketing to complete projects, then optimize using data

Requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, Media, Communication
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, LinkedIn & Facebook Ads, etc.
• Experience within an E-Commerce or direct-to-consumer company, or an agency
• Excellent usage of MS Office Tools

You are the ideal candidate for this job if you have more than 3 years’ experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. If you have Google AdWords & Analytics Certifications. Also, if you have a knowledge of creating/ editing videos for advertainments.
