Job summary

QueueBuster is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive in Noida to turn plans into action and manage day-to-day campaigns, tracking, and performance improvement. This execution-led role requires hands-on setup of campaigns across SEO, AEO, paid advertising, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM workflows.

You will collaborate with tech teams to optimize pages, tracking, and automation, while measuring campaign effectiveness and driving conversions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of practical experience executing digital and performance marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience across SEO, AEO, paid advertising, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM tools.
• A strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, conversion optimisation, and campaign measurement.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• SEO: Execute on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimisation, internal linking, and quality backlink building.
• AEO: Optimise content for search queries, featured answers, and AI-powered answer engines.
• Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Email Marketing: Execute campaigns and automated journeys, manage audience segments, and improve engagement and conversions.
• WhatsApp Marketing: Run campaigns, manage segmentation and follow-ups, and build automated customer journeys.
• CRM Tools: Maintain lead data, manage workflows, track lead movement, and support marketing automation.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technology and development teams to build and optimise website pages and tracking.
• Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and translate insights into action.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can turn marketing plans into action. This is an execution-led role for someone comfortable setting up campaigns, managing day-to-day activities, tracking results, and improving performance.

• AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation): Optimise content for search queries, featured answers, and AI-powered answer engines
• Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across
• Google Ads and Meta Ads, including audience targeting, conversion tracking, retargeting, and creative testing
• Email Marketing: Execute campaigns and automated journeys, manage audience segments, and improve engagement and conversions
• WhatsApp Marketing: Run campaigns, manage segmentation and follow-ups, and build automated customer journeys
• CRM Tools: Maintain lead data, manage workflows, track lead movement, and support marketing automation
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technology and development teams to build and optimise website pages, landing pages, and technical integrations that support digital marketing campaigns, tracking, and automation
• Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and translate insights into action

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of practical experience executing digital and performance marketingcampaigns
• Hands-on experience across SEO, AEO, paid advertising, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM tools
• A strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, conversion optimisation, and campaign measurement
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and take ownership of execution.
• Examples of campaigns you have personally executed, with measurable results.
