Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking a Technical Services Operations Manager in the United States to lead a motivated team of chemists and drivers, owning full P&L for a service center. You will drive regulatory compliance, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment while supporting customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, lab packing expertise preferred, and are willing to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in operations or service environment.
• 5+ years of industry experience; lab packing expertise preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service-center operations with full P&L ownership.
• Oversee scheduling of work, logistics, and team assignments.
• Develop Field Chemists and Drivers; provide training and support.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate purchasing, invoices, and supply management; collaborate with Sales, Plant Operations, and Customer Service.
• Communicate facility updates and challenges to regional leadership.

Do you have what it takes?

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field preferred)
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in an operations or service environment
• 5+ years of industry experience, with lab packing expertise strongly preferred
• Knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience with SAP a plus
• Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively
• Ability to travel locally up to 50%
