Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent, engaging brand image across digital platforms and locations.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
• Create graphics and short videos using Canva or similar tools.
• Execute campaigns and promotions for seasonal initiatives.
• Support initiatives to improve patient reviews and online reputation.
• Monitor analytics and campaign performance to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with external agency on content needs and brand consistency.
• Work with leadership to gather content and highlight team/patient experiences.
