We’re growing fast and hiring a Digital Marketing Sales Rep to close warm inbound leads and generate new opportunities through outbound outreach. This role is fully remote, backed by a structured sales system, and supported by a culture built on excellence, ownership, and integrity.

What You’ll Do

Inbound Sales (50%)

  • Run scheduled Zoom discovery calls with warm, qualified leads
  • Follow a proven sales process and script to guide business owners through a strategic consultation
  • Qualify leads to ensure strong client fit before closing

Outbound Prospecting (50%)

  • Re-engage old leads and initiate cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn

Pipeline Management

  • Track all activities and deal stages in our CRM
  • Follow up promptly and consistently to guide prospects toward the close

Collaboration & Handoff

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Onboarding Team for a smooth handoff after the sale
You’re a Great Fit If You…
  • Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or advertising)
  • Are a consultative closer who can assess fit, ask smart questions, and win trust on Zoom
  • Have experience selling to small business owners and speaking their language
  • Are self-managed, organized, and consistent with follow-up
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment and can manage both inbound and outbound work
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience working with home service contractors
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or website sales
  • Prior remote sales roles
