Job summary

Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital revenue alongside the Digital Sales Manager. You’ll prospect, propose, and implement digital marketing strategies across Social, SEM, SEO, Mobile, and CTV/OTT, while coordinating with ops and sales to optimize processes and outcomes.

The role focuses on building client relationships, developing campaigns, and achieving digital budget goals in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years sales experience in online media (internet ad sales & online marketing).
• Experience with TV and/or Radio stations or other media preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client proposals, pitches, and contracts with Digital Sales Manager.
• Prospect new digital accounts and meeting personal/station digital budgets.
• Collaborate with DSM to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Provide feedback and forecasts from campaign performance.
• Lead creation of ideas for core advertiser categories and ensure cross-functional communication.
• Manage digital display, SEM, SEO, Mobile, CTV/OTT and Social Media sales strategies.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM with accurate pipeline tracking and forecasts.
