Qualifications

• At least 4 years professional project management experience.
• At least 2 years of agency experience leading teams across multiple disciplines in full service creative, digital marketing, web development, and ecommerce projects.
• Independent, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Ability to guide clients through the nuances of work for the primary service areas of the business.
• Ability to juggle multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; Portland, OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project, retainer, and ad hoc deliverables with timelines, scope, budget, and quality.
• Track and report on health metrics to ensure successful execution.
• Mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate to allocate resources and avoid roadblocks.
• Plan and maintain schedules and resource plans using project management software.
• Identify potential problems and provide thoughtful solutions.
• Maintain regular client communications about health, milestones, and budgets.
• Ensure project team has resources to meet goals.
• Maintain a confident, informed voice for clients and internal teams.
• Foster a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
