Qualifications

• Seasoned project management professional with at least 5 years of experience specifically managing digital media and adtech projects.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams.
• Proven ability to develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating teams that may not report directly to the PM.
• Ability to drive accountability and follow-through without direct authority.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain an integrated master project plan to launch paid media dashboards and other initiatives.
• Translate goals into plans, milestones, deliverables, and due dates.
• Identify dependencies, sequencing, decision points, and critical path items.
• Publish clear decision recaps and deliverables to maintain visibility.
• Establish a consistent project cadence across workstreams.
• Coordinate deliverables and progress updates with leadership.
• Track action items, owners, and due dates.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare status reports and governance materials.
• Document decisions and follow-up items for accountability.
