Job summary

Coegi is hiring a Project Manager to support high-touch client accounts across Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN. The role features a Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

This position will coordinate timelines, assets, and internal processes to keep accounts on track and financially accurate. As a key collaborator to Account Strategy Directors and Account Managers, you will manage deliverables, supervise billing and budget

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a digital advertising/agency setting.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and standard office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and analytical.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, assets, and processes for high-touch client accounts.
• Support Billing, budgeting, and reconciliation; maintain trackers and reports.
• Lead meetings, record notes, and create action items with team alignment.
• Ensure data entry and campaign build instructions are accurately entered into systems.
