RedFlash Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. You will balance digital campaign leadership with broader operations work, coordinating Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, HTML emails, and website updates across client accounts.
You will monitor budgets, forecasts and timelines, and work with vendors to deliver high-quality digital marketing deliverables. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a distributed team.
RedFlash Group is a national consulting firm that brings strategic communication and outreach skills to companies, associations, government agencies and non-profit organizations. We're creative thinkers who help our clients turn insight into action, unlock their potential, and get results through a range of business development, communications and marketing services. With an extensive network of contacts and unique experience in public safety, emergency communication and government, and an unparalleled reputation for integrity and innovation, we deliver exceptional value to our clients by helping them tell their story.
The Digital Marketing Project Manager is a core member of RedFlash Group's project management and operations team, working closely with the Director of Business Operations and Project Management. This person keeps project tracking current across accounts, supports resourcing on both company and client projects, helps keep client budgets on track by monitoring staff time against forecast, and coordinates internal operations initiatives that keep the agency running smoothly.
This role also owns digital marketing execution for RedFlash Group and its clients, managing paid media campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, HTML email builds, email marketing campaigns and website updates, working alongside subcontractors and vendors to get that work delivered. The role splits roughly evenly between digital project management and broader operations and client project management, so the right candidate needs to be equally comfortable coordinating digital campaigns and managing budgets, timelines and traditional project work. It takes real project management skill paired with genuine digital marketing knowledge - someone who can run point on client accounts and coordinate the tactical digital work that supports them.
This is a fully remote, full-time position. It's ideal for someone who thrives on structure and follow-through, enjoys keeping a team organized and on track, and wants a role where project management and digital marketing knowledge work together.
This role is best suited for someone who combines a project management mindset with real digital marketing knowledge. You may be a strong fit if you recognize yourself in the statements below:
You start the day reviewing Teamwork project management software, checking status across client accounts, digital campaigns and internal initiatives, and flagging anything trending over forecasted hours. You check in with the team on priorities for the day and follow up with subcontractors and vendors, both on operations projects and on digital deliverables, to confirm everything's on track.
Mid-morning, you turn to the digital side of your accounts: reviewing a paid social campaign in flight on LinkedIn for one client, QA'ing an HTML email before it goes out for approval on another, and checking in with a developer on a website update for a third. You flag anything that needs a second pass before it moves forward, and you update any company SOPs that need adjusting based on what you learned that week.
In the afternoon, you coordinate with the Director of Business Operations and Project Management on an internal operations initiative, keeping timelines and next steps on track. You prepare a status update for an upcoming internal call, covering both digital campaign performance and project status, and wrap the day updating Teamwork so the whole team has visibility into where things stand. You're the thread that runs through every project: tracking the details, coordinating the people, and keeping the work moving.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, or operations, ideally within a small marketing or advertising agency, consulting firm, or professional services environment. Experience with resourcing, budget tracking, or managing team capacity against forecasted hours is a strong plus. Working knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid social, paid search, email marketing, or website work) is required, along with experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, or specialists on digital deliverables.
You should be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to know when to flag an issue versus resolve it independently.
Salary is competitive and based on job experience. Includes 401K and health, vision and dental insurance.
