Job description

City Experiences is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Media for our Marketing operations divisions.

Compensation: up to $120,000

Location: Southeast US/Remote

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

The successful Digital Marketing Manager of Paid Media will play a vital role in developing and executing our global media programs across digital and offline channels within an existing client-based media team. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership in media planning and execution.

This role is crucial for achieving the team's revenue targets and creating an unforgettable guest experience. Performance will be assessed based on revenue achievement, departmental tests, management evaluations, and peer feedback.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Media Planning and Campaign Management:
  • Develop and implement strategic media plans within the U.S. and internationally.
  • Understand media terms, strategies, and tools to target relevant audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
  • Work with creative and social/content teams.
  • Set clear campaign KPIs aligned with business needs.
  • Agency Management:
    • Manage paid media agency campaigns and audience targeting.
    • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement with agency partners.
    • Understand best practices for campaign communication and delivery.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Work with data teams to ensure proper data integration.
    • Use visualization tools to present performance results.
  • Financial Responsibilities:
    • Ensure campaigns stay within budget and schedule.
    • Process vendor invoices.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
    • Conduct competitor benchmarking and leverage insights.
    • Perform A/B testing on audiences, channels, creative formats, messaging, and bids.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field preferred.
    • 10+ years in digital media planning with major platforms.
    • Experience with Google, Microsoft, META, Twitter, LinkedIn, and offline media.
    • Knowledge of tag management solutions and analytics platforms.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Agency experience and industry-specific experience are pluses.
