Security Equipment Supply (SES) is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to drive hands-on digital marketing execution from Earth City, MO. The role covers email, LinkedIn, website updates, product content, and e-commerce initiatives with a strong UX focus.

You will manage calendars, campaigns, content, and deliverables, using HubSpot and Google Analytics to optimize performance while coordinating with IT, sales, and vendors in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience planning and executing email campaigns, social content, and calendars.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation.
• Experience managing website content and e-commerce/digital platforms.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a digital marketing calendar for emails, social posts, promotions, and campaigns.
• Build, schedule, and execute email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Coordinate social media content and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage website content updates, landing pages, product info, and promotions.
• Support e-commerce marketing initiatives to boost engagement and sales.
• Monitor campaigns and adjust based on results.
• Improve website navigation, usability, and online ordering.
• Collaborate with IT, sales, and vendors on website and portal improvements.
• Prepare ahead for campaigns; monitor metrics and report progress.
