About The Role

We seek a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will develop and execute integrated digital campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and growth among developers, researchers, enterprise leaders, and the tech community. This hands-on role requires expertise in digital channels, performance marketing, and content strategy in complex B2B or deep-tech environments. What You'll Do
  • Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies supporting lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across paid media (Google, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), organic social, email, SEO, and web.
  • Create digital marketing plans for product launches, developer engagement, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Oversee digital presence, ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and compelling storytelling.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, creative, and engineering teams for impactful campaigns targeting technical and executive audiences.
  • Track KPIs, analyze funnel data, and report campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology, deep tech, or scientific fields.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling digital campaigns across web, paid media, email, and social platforms.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, A/B testing platforms); AI tools experience is a plus.
  • Experience marketing to technical and enterprise audiences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with engaging messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive pay, company ownership, meaningful benefits, and a culture driven by our vision and values. The pay range for this role is USD 149,100 - 224,000 per year, remote in the United States.
