Job description

Overview

Emerald is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the jewelry group to support COUTURE. The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of marketing plans to achieve attendance and sales goals for the events, as well as several online webinars. With a deep understanding of our brand and audience, this role will create and execute ROI-focused multichannel B2B campaigns. The ideal candidate should be a passionate creator who is data-driven, agile, and collaborative. A positive attitude, the ability to independently drive projects forward, meet deadlines, and work well both independently and in teams are essential. Excellent project management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills are also required.

This position is ideally based in our New York City office with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to meet business goals.
  2. Create and implement multifaceted B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and boost audience registrations.
  3. Collaborate with the show team to develop themes, ideas, and concepts that attract and excite our target audiences.
  4. Ensure all content aligns with the brand and strategic objectives.
  5. Coordinate endemic social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and registrations.
  6. Work closely with the sales team on pre-show communications to enhance customer experience.
  7. Assist in scripting and optimizing messaging for advertisers, attendees, and sponsors.
  8. Partner with teams to manage content dissemination across paid, owned, and earned channels, including overseeing production and approvals.
  9. Manage attendee communications for onboarding, promotions, and operations to ensure customer success.
  10. Provide tracking and reporting, including post-event reports, using platforms like Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Content, Marketing Operations, and others.
  12. Optimize the registration process in collaboration with the Registration Team to improve customer experience and meet marketing/data goals.
  13. Perform additional marketing duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and SEO.
  • Strategic thinker and team player, comfortable in a matrix organization.
  • Creative with the ability to develop new opportunities and initiatives.
  • Passion for home design trends.
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
  • Event marketing experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Target Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (bonus eligible). We offer a comprehensive benefits package including unlimited vacation, flexible work locations, 401(k) with match, health coverage, parental and caregiver leave, professional development, and wellness programs.
