Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team in New York City, NY. This role involves managing and optimizing paid digital marketing channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading projects to enhance digital performance and growth. You will create, implement, and run paid acquisition campaigns, define strategies, and manage vendor relationships.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Own and manage daily operations of the App Acquisition channels (paid & organic).
  2. Manage and execute the roadmap for App Store Optimization (ASO).
  3. Launch and oversee campaigns across platforms like Paid Social, YouTube, Display, and App.
  4. Manage Web SEM campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals.
  5. Collaborate with content, product, engineering, and analytics teams to improve strategies and reporting.
  6. Use data and insights for decision-making under pressure.
  7. Conduct and analyze testing to optimize campaigns.
  8. Assist in budget planning and monitor key metrics for channel performance.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing, preferably in e-commerce or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of paid acquisition channels (SEM, Paid Social, Display, Video, Affiliate) and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
  • Expertise in paid App marketing and ASO.
  • Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, Tableau.
  • Experience with MMM is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and data interpretation skills.
