We're seeking a data-driven, strategic, and customer-focused Digital Growth Marketing Manager to oversee key acquisition and growth channels. This role is essential for driving customer acquisition, enhancing lead quality, optimizing cost-per-lead, and boosting our reputation across multiple platforms and brands.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Channel Management: Manage lead acquisition efforts across various digital platforms, focusing on optimizing performance to drive growth and increase brand visibility. This includes handling partnership, affiliate, and local listing channels for comprehensive customer engagement.
- Customer Success Oversight: Lead our partner success team to deliver excellent service to lead partners, achieve key performance targets, and strengthen relationships with valuable lead partners.
- Reputation and Review Management: Monitor and manage ratings and reviews platforms to enhance brand reputation, respond to customer feedback, and promote positive experiences.
- Pro Acquisition Management: Oversee posting activities across channels to support pro acquisition, maintaining optimal posting frequency for a steady flow of new signups.
- Process Automation: Utilize tools like Retool and Zapier to streamline workflows, increase operational efficiency, and reduce manual processes.
- Referral Program Growth: Develop strategies to grow the referral program, leveraging partnerships and incentives to increase participation and results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, engineering, and customer service teams to align strategies with overall business goals.
- Exploring New Channels: Continuously evaluate and test new acquisition channels, developing strategies to discover opportunities with positive ROI.
Minimum Requirements
- Channel Management Expertise: Skilled at optimizing lead conversion across multiple channels, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining high service standards.
- Experience with Multi-Channel Acquisition: Proven success managing paid, affiliate, and local listing channels, balancing acquisition goals across platforms.
- Data-Driven Marketer: Proficient in data tools like Excel and SQL, able to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
- Process Automation and Efficiency Mindset: Experienced with automation tools like Zapier, seeking to improve workflows and scale efforts.
- Hands-On and Team-Oriented: Comfortable managing daily operations and collaborating across departments.
