Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a part-time, remote Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will create, publish, and share content, manage facility WhatsApp chats, and edit visuals to align with branding.

The role requires at least 2 years in social media management, proficiency with editing tools, strong communication, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management/Social Media Content Creation
• Proficient in Hootsuite, Photoshop or other photo editing software
• InDesign/Illustrator or similar design experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities Social Media Manager:

• Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social media platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

• Manage WhatsApp communication (chats) per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.

• Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.

• Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.

• Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals.

Qualifications Social Media Manager:

• Creative, organized, efficient, proficient multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.

• Team player who can lead and motivate individuals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
