Crowell & Moring LLP in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to support webinars, the website, client alerts, social media, and digital marketing initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, with strong project management, CMS/SEO skills, and the ability to train attorneys and staff on branding tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of five years of related and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong project management experience is preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute webinars using On24 and Vuture.
• Publish content on social media and grow engagement.
• Track social performance and report on metrics.
• Coach attorneys and staff on digital branding tools.
• Update biographies and content on Crowell.com and ensure bar compliance.
• Manage client alert formatting and distribution.
• Support analytics for website, alerts, social media, emails, and podcasts.
• Assist SEO/GEO optimization of site content.
• Assist in digital marketing projects using PM tools.
• Monitor site for errors and broken links.
• Serve as first contact for marketing requests and enforce editorial guidelines.
