3+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Monitor performance, adjust strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Create audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Manage budgets and track campaign spend.
Lead and coach a marketing team, guiding projects to timely completion.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
Develop marketing processes, workflows, and campaign strategies.
Create and send email campaigns and newsletters, and build automated workflows.
Analyze website analytics and optimize SEO, content, and UX.
Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
