CLS Living is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social media for a portfolio of communities. The role blends content creation, strategy, community management, paid advertising, and digital marketing to build an authentic online presence that supports leasing goals.

The ideal candidate is creative, strong at storytelling, skilled in photo best practices, and capable of translating apartment living into engaging formats across today’s social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience in multi-property environments.
• Expertise in social media content strategy and paid advertising (TikTok Ads).
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media presence for CLS Living communities and align with leasing goals.
• Develop content calendars and publish across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor performance, adjust strategy, and run paid social campaigns.
• Guide onsite teams on content quality and brand standards.
• Track growth, engagement, and campaign results to inform decisions.
• Support property teams with social media ideas and onboarding for coordinators.
• Ensure property websites and GMB pages stay current and aligned with branding.
• Travel to communities as needed for content creation and training.
