Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time college student.
• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content development, social media, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist with marketing and customer communications for key projects, including the rider validation system rollout.
• Help expand OCTA’s digital reach by developing and maintaining engaging content across digital channels.
• Assist with website, social media, email, and other digital communications that promote OCTA programs and services.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, reviews, and approvals to ensure campaigns are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Contribute ideas for digital content and assist with creative production for customer-facing campaigns.
• Research and analyze digital campaign performance, audience engagement, and marketing trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
