Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support campaigns, website content management, and CRM activities using HubSpot and Adobe Commerce. You will help with email marketing, social media, blogs, and analytics to improve engagement and lead generation.

The role offers hands-on experience with marketing platforms, content creation, and campaign reporting while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Experience with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Commerce/Magento) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and update website content within Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Support HubSpot marketing activities, including email campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, and CRM management.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
• Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts.
• Help create content for email marketing, social media, blogs, and website promotions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Product teams to support business objectives.
• Assist with testing website enhancements and customer journey improvements.
