Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for the Summer program based at our Philadelphia home office. You will assist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks, while tracking performance and organizing assets.

The internship runs from 6/7 to 8/13, with learning experiences across Ecommerce Optimization, CRM/Loyalty, Digital Marketing, and Web Analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
• Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ad platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, QA, and monitoring of paid digital campaigns (search, social, display, affiliate).
• Organize creative assets and maintain campaign trackers and calendars.
• Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Conduct competitive research and trend analysis for acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with creative, merchandising, analytics teams for alignment.
• Document campaign processes and maintain internal best practices.
