Job summary

The Salvation Army Del Oro Division is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital communications and fundraising campaigns. You will coordinate websites, online donation platforms, and messaging across divisions, with a focus on donor engagement and program growth.

You will work with the Communications and Development teams, reporting to the Director of Public Relations and Communications within the Development Department.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Web Design, Computer Science, or Business preferred.
Experience with online fundraising platforms, web design/management, and metric tracking software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
Experience with email marketing and website editing tools.
Experience with HTML/CSS preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across websites and online donation platforms.
Coordinate and integrate national content and campaigns into local websites.
Track online metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Develop and execute online fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
Collaborate with Corps and stakeholders to promote programs and services.
