Key Responsibilities
- AI-Tool Integration: Must have strong understanding and hands-on experience with the latest AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.) with at least 1 year of expert-level usage to enhance campaign productivity, automation, and performance.
- Strategic SEO and SMM Execution: Develop, implement, and manage SEO and SMM strategies that increase website traffic, improve search engine visibility, and optimize content for targeted audiences.
- Keyword Research and Content Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements, ensuring best practices are applied for high search engine ranking.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Lead initiatives in identifying and reaching potential clients through channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email. Build and maintain a qualified lead database to fuel sales pipelines.
- Link Building and Outreach: Design and execute targeted link-building campaigns to enhance site authority and search engine ranking.
- Paid Media Management: Oversee and execute PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Conduct ad copywriting, keyword research, bid management, and continuous A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on SEO performance, social media metrics, and paid campaigns. Translate data into actionable insights, refine strategies, and report findings to key stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for client updates, providing insights and ensuring that performance aligns with client objectives.
- Competitor Analysis and Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, using findings to inform strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with web development, design, and content teams to implement cohesive digital marketing strategies that deliver an exceptional user experience and drive conversions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEO, SMM, lead generation, and paid media.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, and social media management platforms. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO optimization.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Content and Campaign Creation: Proven ability to develop compelling content for social media and ad campaigns, aligned with brand goals and optimized for conversion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to managing changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with AI-driven tools such as Lusha, ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, Copy.ai, and similar platforms is highly preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and performance will be prioritized.
- International Client Experience: Background in managing campaigns for international clients, especially within the US, UK, and European markets.
- Technical Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-Based Tools: Knowledge of AI-driven tools like Lusha, ChatGPT, and other resources that can streamline lead generation and engagement.
