Our client is a commercial real estate investment firm in New York that emphasizes personal development and a positive work environment is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Designer.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences, key messages, deadlines, and distribution channels, translating those inputs into effective creative solutions.
• Independently own projects from concept through execution, operating as the sole designer rather than as one contributor on a larger design team.
• Design across email, social, web, intranet platforms, PowerPoint presentations, events, signage, and broader marketing channels, transforming complex business concepts into polished visual experiences.
• Lead the design and production of high-profile corporate communications, including annual reports, executive communications, investor materials, corporate presentations, and organization-wide announcements.
• Balance strategic creative work with routine production tasks, managing competing priorities across ongoing and one-off projects.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and produce video content for digital and social platforms, including short-form video, motion graphics, animation, and other multimedia assets that align with established brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Graphic Design experience with strong digital and web design work, across email, social, web, PPT presentation, and broader marketing channels
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced Figma skills, including responsive design, prototyping, and developer-ready handoff
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
• Comfortable operating as a sole designer and owning projects end to end
• Familiar with UX/UI design principles

The annual base salary range is $100k to $130k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
